Blueflame Energy Solutions LTD has been at the forefront of biodigester and wastewater installation and maintenance in Kenya for over 10 years in Kenya with more than 4,000 successful projects. The installation projects range from residential homes to large industrial setup designs systems that meet Kenya’s Ministry of Water (NEMA) & Irrigation standards for odorless, clear effluent water. We have a wider reach and coverage of services Biogas plants, Septic biodigesters, and Bio Latrines.
ORIGINS
Founded in late 2014 by aeronautical engineer Henry Chochu after attending a renewable energy workshop, Blueflame began as a grassroots initiative in rural Murang’a. Inspired by converting farm waste into cooking fuel, Henry developed Kenya’s first affordable plastic biogas plant. The iconic “blue flame” that ignited at the first test lent the company its name.
